Real-Time BC Keno API

I need a dependable way to capture the real-time Keno winning numbers from the British Columbia Lottery Corporation and have them pushed to me through a clean, well-documented API. Historical archives, prize breakdowns, or other games such as BC/49, Daily Grand, or Lotto Max are not essential right now; the single focus is live Keno draws. The service must: • Poll or stream the official source frequently enough that each new draw is available within a minute of publication. • Expose an HTTPS JSON endpoint returning draw number, winning twenty numbers, bonus number (if any), draw time, and a timestamp of capture. • Include concise setup instructions so I can deploy or host it myself (Docker image or straightforward script is fine). • Log failures and retry automatically so no draw is missed. • Come with a short README that shows example requests and responses. If you already have experience scraping or integrating provincial lottery feeds, please let me know; otherwise outline the approach you would take and the tools or libraries you prefer. I will judge completion by being able to hit the endpoint and retrieve at least three consecutive live draws in real time.
