I have gone through the project description, and found that all of the mentioned requirements fall over my expertise, as I have hands-on experience on python, AI/ML, Data Science, software building, etc. You are not asking for a simple script this is a small pipeline so I will build it with proper auth pagination retry backoff and logging using clean structure and lightweight libraries with JSON or CSV output switch I have done similar API workflows before so I will make it stable for long runs with rate limit handling and no crashes can deliver in 1 to 2 days with README and make sure it runs clean for 24 hour test =Also, I have been coding on Machine Learning and Data Science with python from past 7 years.
