I have to route every payment request through a strict chain of command and I want the whole process handled inside Microsoft Power Automate. The flow must be sequential, not parallel, passing the same request through more than three approval gates: first the Manager, then the Director , followed by the CEO , and finally the Finance Department to process the request. The flow should: • Start when a requester submits the payment form (SharePoint, Forms or an Outlook-based trigger—choose whichever lets us capture attachments with minimal friction). • Send a clearly branded approval email (or Teams card) to each role in turn, holding at the current stage until that person approves or rejects. • Write every action—approval outcome, comments, date/time stamp—back to the data source so I can audit who did what, when. • Notify the requester instantly once the CEO takes the final decision. The build is complete when I can: 1. Drop in a new request and watch it reach the Finance Department only after all prior levels approve. 2. Pull a single list or report that shows the full decision history for any request. If you have delivered similar multi-level approval flows before, tell me how you will structure the steps and any connectors you’d rely on. I’m ready to start as soon as you can confirm the approach.

Hi, I went through your requirement and I can definitely help with this. I’ve built similar multi-level sequential approval workflows in Power Automate where requests move step-by-step through management approvals with full tracking and audit history. • Sequential approval flow (Manager → Director → CEO → Finance) • SharePoint or Microsoft Forms based request submission with attachment support • Approval emails or Teams adaptive cards for each stage • Automatic status updates, comments, and timestamp logging • Full approval history stored in a central SharePoint list for auditing/reporting • Instant requester notification after final decision • Clean and maintainable workflow structure using standard Microsoft 365 connectors • 6+ years of experience with Microsoft 365, Power Automate, SharePoint, and approval workflows My approach would be to use SharePoint as the main tracking source along with Power Automate approvals and Outlook/Teams integration. The flow will wait at each stage until approval/rejection before moving to the next approver, ensuring strict approval order and complete visibility. Please check my profile and previous work for reference. I’m available to start immediately and can deliver a reliable and easy-to-maintain solution. Looking forward to working with you.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ✅Hi there, hope you are doing well! I have successfully implemented multi-level approval flows in Microsoft Power Automate for payment and purchase requests, ensuring a clear and sequential approval process with detailed audit trails. The most important part to successfully complete this project is designing a clean and sequential flow that pauses for each approval stage and accurately logs every decision to the data source. Approach: ⭕ Configure the trigger on SharePoint/Forms/Outlook with attachments support ⭕ Build a sequential approval flow passing requests from Manager → Director → CEO → Finance ⭕ Use branded approval emails or Teams adaptive cards for clarity ⭕ Log all outcomes, comments, and timestamps to a SharePoint list or database for auditing ⭕ Notify the requester immediately after the CEO’s final decision ❓ Could you please confirm which form source you prefer for submission: SharePoint, Forms, or Outlook? ❓ Do you have branding assets ready for email/Teams card customization? ❓ Which data source do you want to use for audit logs and reporting? With my expertise in Power Automate and process automation, I am confident I can deliver a robust and transparent multi-stage approval flow tailored to your requirements. Looking forward to your response. Best regards, Nam

Hello, I can build your sequential payment approval workflow in Microsoft Power Automate with full tracking, branded approvals, and Finance handoff. I’ll deliver: -SharePoint or Microsoft Forms intake with attachment support -Sequential approval flow: Manager → Director → CEO → Finance -Branded approval emails or Teams adaptive cards -Approve/reject logic with automatic stop on rejection -Audit trail storing comments, outcomes, approvers, dates, and timestamps -Instant requester notification after CEO approval/rejection -Finance notification only after all approval gates pass -Single SharePoint list/report showing full decision history per request I recommend SharePoint + Power Automate Approvals + Outlook/Teams connectors because it gives the cleanest audit history and attachment handling. Hi, I’ve built multi‑level approval flows in Power Automate before, including sequential chains with audit logging, so the structure you need is straightforward. Here’s how I’d set this one up: Use a SharePoint list as the data source so we can store attachments, track every approval step, and keep a clean audit trail. Trigger the flow when a new request is submitted, then move it through Manager → Director → CEO → Finance in strict sequence. At each stage, send a branded approval email or Teams card and pause the flow until that person approves or rejects. Write every action (decision, comments, timestamps) back to the SharePoint item so you can pull a full history anytime. Notify the requester immediately once the CEO makes the final call, and only then pass the request to Finance for processing. Before I outline the exact structure, I need a couple of details: Do you want attachments stored directly in SharePoint, or should they be saved to OneDrive/SharePoint library. Should Finance receive a simple notification or a separate task form. Do you want rejection to stop the flow entirely or return it to the requester. Once I have these, I can confirm the full approach and start building. Albert

Hi, this is Kris from McKinney, Texas. I've reviewed your project requirements and understand the key challenge is to create a sequential multi-level approval process using Microsoft Power Automate, involving Manager, Director, CEO, and Finance Department, with detailed tracking and notification functionalities. My approach involves setting up a flow triggered by form submission, sending branded approval emails to each role sequentially, recording all actions back to the data source for auditing, and notifying the requester upon final approval by the CEO. A few additional questions: Q1: Are there any specific branding guidelines for the approval emails or Teams cards? Q2: Do you have a preferred data source for storing the approval history? Q3: Is there a preferred method for attaching files to the payment request form? Best regards, Kris Kramer

Hi there, I reviewed your Power Automate multi-level approval project carefully, and I can help you build a sequential payment request flow that routes Manager → Director → CEO → Finance with full audit tracking. Why I’m a good fit: • Strong experience with Power Automate approvals, SharePoint lists, Forms, Outlook, Teams, and connector-based automation • Built similar staged approval flows with conditional branching, comments, timestamps, attachments, and requester notifications • Focus on clean auditability so every decision is visible in one request history/report I’d structure this with a SharePoint list as the main data source, attachment capture via SharePoint/Forms or Outlook depending on your intake preference, sequential “Start and wait for an approval” steps, status columns per stage, and notifications after CEO decision and Finance handoff. My approach: • Clean, maintainable flow design • Fast and clear communication • Reliable delivery within deadlines I can start immediately and would be happy to discuss the project in more detail. I'm Aleksandar, a seasoned developer with over 12 years of experience, specializing in MERN stack-based, Ruby On Rails, and ASP.NET web applications. Adaptability is one of my strongest qualities. This project aligns perfectly with my skillset- developing sequential multilevel approval flows like this has been the crux of my job for years! With this project in mind, I would navigate the workflow starting with capturing data using either SharePoint, Forms, or an Outlook-based trigger. To ensure optimal efficiency and minimal friction during document sharing and approvals, I'd use API Integration to allow attachments to be captured seamlessly. Through Power Automate connectors, I would ensure that once a role has approved or rejected a request, the flow holds until the next approver takes action. Thank you for considering me for this job – let's create an approval system that is reliable, efficient, and enhances your business operations!

Hi, I’m Juan Pablo. I build structured, auditable multi‑level approval workflows in Microsoft Power Automate, so your Manager → Director → CEO → Finance sequence fits perfectly with my experience. I work with patterns in Power Automate approvals and SharePoint workflow architecture. I can design a sequential approval flow triggered from SharePoint, Forms, or Outlook—whichever captures attachments with the least friction. Each stage will send a branded approval email or Teams card, pause until the approver responds, and write every action (decision, comments, timestamps, user identity) back to a single SharePoint list for full auditability. The flow will only advance when each level approves, ensuring the request reaches Finance only after Manager → Director → CEO have validated it. The requester will receive an instant notification once the CEO makes the final decision. I’ll structure the solution using standard connectors, robust error handling, and clean data logging so you can pull a complete decision history for any request in one place. If you want a reliable, fully traceable multi‑level approval system inside Power Automate, I’m ready to begin.

Hello, I’m very interested in building your multi-level payment approval workflow in Microsoft Power Automate. I have experience creating sequential approval systems using Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, Outlook, and Teams integrations with full audit tracking and business process automation. For your project, I would structure the workflow so each payment request moves step-by-step through Manager, Director, CEO, and Finance approvals, ensuring no stage is skipped or processed in parallel. I would recommend using SharePoint or Microsoft Forms for centralized request storage, attachment handling, and reporting. Each approval step will generate branded emails or Teams approval cards, while all actions including approvals, rejections, comments, timestamps, and user details are automatically logged for complete audit visibility. The requester will also receive real-time status updates and final notifications once approvals are completed. I can additionally implement reporting dashboards, escalation logic, and rejection workflows to ensure the solution remains scalable, transparent, and easy to manage long term.

The chain of command routing you need is straightforward in Power Automate. I would build the flow in SharePoint with each approver level triggering only after the one before it signs off, plus rejection logic that stops the chain right there. Can start today, done in 2 to 3 days. Bid reflects what's in the description. Final numbers depend on how many approval levels you need and whether there are escalation or timeout rules. Hi there, I see you need a sequential multi level approval flow in Microsoft Power Automate for payment requests, with four gates in order Manager then Director then CEO then Finance, each receiving a branded approval email or Teams card, with full audit logging back to the data source and requester notification after the CEO decision. I have built over 30 approval flows in Power Automate, including a 4 level sequential approval for a manufacturing client with SharePoint list as the trigger, approvals via Teams, and full history tracking. The flow used a do until loop with a parallel branch checking approval status at each stage, writing outcomes to a SharePoint log, and sending adaptive cards to each approver. I will structure your flow using SharePoint or Microsoft Forms as the trigger, store request data in a SharePoint list, use the approval action sequentially with assigned approvers, write each outcome and timestamp back to the list, and notify the requester at the end. You will be able to drop in a new request and watch it flow through all gates in order, and pull a single report showing decision history. Best regards, Mobasher Reza

Hi there, THE CHALLENGE is to create a seamless and efficient multi-level approval process within Microsoft Power Automate that aligns with your specific requirements. One potential technical difficulty could be ensuring that the approval flow is sequential and not parallel, which may require careful planning and configuration to prevent any bottlenecks or delays in the process. Additionally, capturing attachments with minimal friction and maintaining a clear audit trail of all actions taken by each approver could pose challenges in terms of data management and integration. To address these challenges, I would approach the project by first mapping out a detailed workflow that clearly defines the steps and roles involved in the approval process. I would then leverage the appropriate connectors and integration tools within Power Automate to streamline the flow and ensure smooth communication between stakeholders at each stage. Regular testing and feedback loops would be essential to refine the process and address any technical hiccups that may arise. Regards, Matheus

Hello, I’m excited to help you implement a multi-level approval process using Microsoft Power Automate. This flow will efficiently route payment requests through your specified chain of command: Manager, Director, CEO, and finally, the Finance Department. Here’s how I propose to structure the build: 1. **Trigger:** Start the process with a submitted payment form from SharePoint or Forms, ensuring seamless attachment capture. 2. **Approval Gates:** Each role will receive a branded approval email or Teams card. The approval process will pause at each gate until the designated person either approves or rejects the request. 3. **Data Logging:** Each action, including approvals, comments, and timestamps, will be logged back to your data source for comprehensive auditing. 4. **Notifications:** Once the CEO makes a final decision, the requester will receive an instant notification. I’ve successfully delivered similar workflows, focusing on efficiency and clarity using automated connectors in Power Automate. Could you specify any branding preferences for the approval communications? Let’s discuss how we can make this process work perfectly for you! Best, Lester
