You asked which language and SDKs I prefer, so let me answer that first: Python, with CCXT as the exchange layer. Hand-rolling a client per exchange looks cleaner and turns into most of the build, because each venue has its own symbol naming, tick and lot precision rules, rate limits and error codes. Two things in your spec need a decision from you before I write code, and both are the kind that quietly cost money later. 1. Max drawdown from what - session start, all-time equity high, or a rolling window? And when it trips, does it block new entries or flatten open positions? Those are opposite behaviours. 2. Order retries. If a request times out you often do not know whether it filled. Every order gets a client-generated ID reused on retry, or one timeout becomes two positions. At INR 12,500 I am quoting PHASE ONE: the engine core - two exchanges, live WebSocket feeds with reconnect and resubscribe, REST order execution with the ID handling above, position sizing, stop-loss, drawdown guard, a strategy interface you can drop new logic into, plus README and Git repo. The dashboard and extra venues are phase two, quoted separately once you have seen the core run. You get the testnet demo video you asked for - but testnet books are thin, so it proves the plumbing, not the profitability.
