I'd wrap the fetch with a retry and store the last good price so a comparison never blocks your quote. We work in this exact stack daily, TypeScript on Workers with D1 and caching. One question: do you already have Demand API credentials approved, or do we need to plan around their onboarding first? The tricky part here is hitting Booking’s Demand API fast enough inside a Cloudflare Worker while keeping rate‑limits under control. I’d build a tiny Worker endpoint that takes hotel + dates + guests, signs the Demand API request, normalizes the returned price and pushes it back to your system in milliseconds. D1 would store a short‑TTL cache keyed by those parameters so repeated quotes don’t hammer Booking. Error handling would include graceful fallbacks and structured logs so you always know whether a price came from cache or live.
