Member Administration

A Pension Scheme administration system that supports the maintenance of Employer pension Schemes. The main entities of the system are:(See attached specification) Employer: An Employer can have multiple Scheme's with different Members. Scheme: A Scheme can be one of several maintained for an Employer, Each Scheme can have multiple Members, who are related to that Scheme's Employer. Member: A member is attached to an Employer and can be active in one of that Employer's Scheme's at any time. Fund: The investments for each Member are allocated to buy units in Funds as per the rules for that Member. Fund Manager: Each fund is managed by an associated Fund manager The system allows for the administration of each Scheme, by maintaining records of each Member's details. The system had been prototyped in MS Access, including layout of screens, Data Model and SQL Queries. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform mySQL Database, screens to be browser based (IE5 and above), see attached specification.
