Hi there. I need the attache document revamped and functional for the purpose of issuing a report for customers once works have been completed. the title page needs to be adjustable in the fields nominated. Auto fill dates and customer fields etc. I have attached one report by my company "ELS" and another by a competitor (AUE). The report would need to be a combination of the 2, with the images I have attached as standard locked images on the report. On each supporting page, I need to be able to add 2 photos and 6 lines of text under each photo. The title of the pictures needs to be added also. Under each photo. Please use [login to view URL], EBRIMA font for the entirety of the document. Preferably in [login to view URL] format so this can be edited each time for different clients. We will produce a PDF once the WORD doc has been written. Images. Use the following images from the attached PDFs.
