I’m building a new machine and need its critical gears and bearings fully designed and validated inside Ansys. My focus is complete machine designing and simulation, but for this engagement I want you to concentrate on the mechanical components—specifically the gear train and associated bearings. You will take the baseline dimensions and load cases I supply, create or refine the 3-D models, assign realistic materials, mesh for contact accuracy, and run all relevant analyses: static strength, dynamic load distribution, deflection, fatigue life, and efficiency. I’m looking for clear insight into stresses, safety factors, expected service life, and any optimisation opportunities you uncover. Deliverables • Ansys Workbench project file (.wbpz) with organised geometry, materials, contacts, and solved studies • Native CAD or SpaceClaim geometry for the gears and bearings • Concise PDF report summarising methodology, key plots, tables of results, and your recommendations • Short hand-off session (recorded) so I can reproduce or adjust the simulations later If you’re fluent in Ansys Mechanical and comfortable pushing complex gear–bearing models to convergence, I’d love to see recent examples of similar work and your expected turnaround time.
