I need a 2D Animator and Motion Graphics Designer For Kids Animation Videos

I am looking for 2D Animator and motion graphic designer for kids animation videos . I will provide the script and audio for the videos. You don't have to design the characters, use the free characters from freepic website . You can see the sample video below available in the google drive, you have to make a similar video .

Also this is not just a single video project . We want someone permanent who can manage our agency's 2D and Motion graphics department. You will have to make more videos like this of 3 minutes , 5 minutes and maybe sometimes even 15 - 25 minute videos also.

We are willing to pay 10$ for 180 seconds of running time(i.e. maybe about 2.69$ per minute) , and there will be about 3-4 characters and background/scenery included and 2-3 revisions also included.

We want motivated individuals to work with us who want to get ahead in their career . 1+ experience is necessary . Also show the digital portfolio of your recent works. Tell one more thing also - that how many minutes of video can you edit daily and provide us .
