I need an animator/designer

(1): I am looking for someone to create a youtube intro, outro, character for my logo, logo, banner, and movable logo for twitch (i.e gif, webm)
(2a) A character that is a hybrid between megaman and a ninja. His blaster in his left have and a hammer in his right.
(2b) Logo I want to be the character attempting to grab it like its a power up. My channel name will be [login to view URL] so I want the logo to be some type of hand holding a sludge hammer or something to that extent. I want it to look like a powerup that increases his destruction capabilities
(2c) The intro I want to be between 2-5seconds long. I want the intro to be playing on the screen so you can see the vid in the background, look at mp4 for example of what i mean(basically like a transparent background)
(2d) The outro i want to be able to have a transparent background as well but a little bit different. I want the character to drop from the top of the screen the jumps towards the screen (like he is going to jump out) and his the screen with the hammer and tv static appears all over screen
(2e)My logo I just want my character looks like he is swinging his hammer at a tv or something or fighting bad guys to make it look cool lol
(2f) The banner i want my character coming on screen reaching for the logo as a powerup and his hand is near it. The logo would be in the middle and he will be near it and coming from the left part of the screen it looks like villain with vines are holding him back. See attachment names banner for somewhat an example
(2g) I just want the gif to be him shooting the blaster around, smash the ground then zip off the screen. This will be for when someone follows me on twitch it plays. the format needs to be gif or webm. not a large file ill also attach an example with time stamp
(3) Since this is a large project with alot of drawing and creation and animation. Let me know a price. Have a pretty wide range but not rich lol
