DTC Product Storytelling Specialist Needed

Freelance Director / DP / Editor — Product Sizzle (2x :15) We’re looking for a highly capable, hands-on Director / DP / Editor to create two :15 product sizzles with a sharp focus on product storytelling, demo clarity, and performance-driven creative. This is a project-based freelance engagement with a fixed fee. Scope: Direct, shoot, and edit 2x :15 product sizzles Lead visual approach from pre-pro through final delivery Capture clean, compelling product footage with strong lighting and composition Edit for pace, clarity, and conversion (not just aesthetics) Deliver platform-ready assets (social/OLV formats) What We Care About: Product-first storytelling (not lifestyle fluff) Strong hook in the first 3–5 seconds Clear, visually compelling demonstration of product benefits Ability to make products feel superior and differentiated Fast, decisive execution with minimal hand-holding You Are: A true hybrid: Director + Shooter + Editor (not a team of 3) Experienced in consumer product content (DTC, eComm, paid social) Strong with lighting, motion, and clean product visuals Comfortable working lean and moving fast Able to take direction but also bring a clear POV Bonus: Experience creating high-performing paid social content Ability to iterate quickly and version content Familiarity with AI tools for speed and exploration Deliverables: 2x :15 final videos Select cutdowns / alt versions (if applicable) Clean project files and organized media handoff
