Character Design, modeling and animated short movie

I have 6-8 characters Id like to have designed and brought to life. These are mystical characters and I would like modelled and their home designed and created also. The end goal is to produce a small clip of 30-60's with the characters for use in promoting and developing further.
Im looking for someone the is likes magic, fantasy and enjoy creating new characters.
Open to character style but similar to some animated movies ideally.
I can share one character and explain what I would like and that will be the basis for future characters and environment.
I will hold the copyright when the work is completed etc.... and most likely I will need to have an NDA signed so that any information shared is protected aswell. (that the bad stuff out of the way).
Im very excited about bring my idea to life and maybe interested in a joint venture down the road.
