Brand logo animation for website and video use

I have a brand logo. Image attached.
I want animated gifs that can be used on website, and in marketing emails and videos:
1. A smile to appear in the top circle like it's being drawn (this will indicate that the logo has human characteristics of two arms and legs, like a stick man). Smile to be in Orange;
2. The dot in the centre circle to change to a heart shape and beat like a heart. Heart Orange; and
3. The whole logo (still with smile and heart shape but not beating) be made to walk and dance etc like a human with the movements below (see links for examples).

f) clapping high - [login to view URL]
g) clapping normal - [login to view URL]
h) waving energetically - [login to view URL]

Output one file required for each of:
- smile appearing then heart beating;
- each animated movement above.
Does Not need to be 3D animation. If offering to do as 3D animation please provide second separate quote for that.
