Small SaaS project in Angular

I need a small software as a service App in Angular with a landing page. This is a prototype of a typical SaaS platform where user can signup/login. Based on membership they can be able to enroll members. The App will have the following:
1) Signup/Login
2) Based on membership admin member can create 5 users, 25 users and soon
3) They can share common dashboard.
4) Account Page for user/member addition. Only admin member can add other members, so they can view the member addition view. Other members with user role can simply update their personal info like update their profile photo.
5) They can also create folders, basically these folder is a virtual folders that is mapped to Azure Blob Container Storage.
6) Users can store their files in Azure Storage in their virtual container storage ex. ContainerName/MemberName/User_defined_Folder/[login to view URL]
7) There will be Strip integration
I will write the backend REST API
I only need help in the Front-end and we will use Angular 15 or 16.
We will be needing Authorization/Authentication, state management.
I need a developer based in Bangalore who can work with me. This project will be a full-time for one month (8 hours / day)
