Need Frontend developer proficient in Photoshop, HTML, CSS, Angular to integrate API

Hello, We want to develop a web application that will help customers optimize their DTH plans. There are ala carte and group packages in all DTH providers. Customers will choose TV channels that they want and our algorithm will suggest the most cost-effective way to create their plan for all DTH providers. We will be developing mobile apps in the future so we need all the business logic in the Web API and designs and API hits in the Web application. We will need to integrate PayTM and one other payment gateway in the application as well. I need a team that can complete this work in the next 7 days. We will provide the project manager and will be available at all times. We expect the same from developers as well. Thanks
