i18n implement with Angular 11 project

I have a project in which I need to add i18n with a language switcher (xlf format). I've tried many times but there is a routing issue I think. please help me for resolving this.
I need to implement the following languages with live code where I can change languages and see results.
Default: EN and rest 4 languages are;
FR - Franch
LT - Lithuanian
ES - Spanish
DE - German
Note: I don't want the entire project translate. I just want the homepage to translate the rest of them I'll do that myself.
