• Receive notification from clinic and respond to notification
• Able to schedule appointment, appointment reminders
• Make payment, payment history
• Appointment history and notes
Office Staff
• Appointment calendar schedule and editing option
• Assign patient to doctor (JitBit API) – like a ticket system
• Notes on the patient
• Collect payment manually if needed
• Profile and login,
• Access patient profile
• Generate Reports
• Insurance API, check patient insurance and Check payments from Insurance
• Send Reminders / Notifications to patient
Doctor
• Profile and secure login,
• Access and modify Appointment calendar
• Create a note for the patient for that appointment,
• In the Note - populate patient history and some other data fields
• Voice dictation (Voice API)
• Disease, medications, allergies (static API)
• Lab and Radiology integration HL7, Inbox Notification for labs and radiology results
• Pharmacy e-prescription API eg MDToolBox,
• Medical Billing API to send bill to insurance, same as the insurance API above
• Summary for patient for his record.
• Location finder API eg Agero.
• Notifications to patient
• Generate Reports
