Angular/.NET site connect to SiteMinder

Have existing code that uses LDAP authentication, however, want to move to SiteMinder. Need resource to integrate SiteMinder with the code by grabbing the header and/or cookie and logging in the user. Users are stored in a database as well as roles. So it is literally validate the header against the DB to verify user and login if there based on role. If user is not there redirect to registration page as they will have SM account but no access to this application.
Currently in .net and Angular. Should be a very quick task. Bonus if you can do within a day.
