WEB APP - TICKETING SYSTEM FOR IT COMPANY WITH ANDROID APP

Good evening

I require a web based ticketing system to be developed for an IT service desk.

The ticketing system will be used daily by technicians to log tickets and to add actions + time entrys to tickets.

We need four menu options:

DASHBOARD

TICKETS

ADMIN

REPORTS

DASHBOARD

- This will show LIVE statistics for things such as: ALL TICKETS, OPEN TICKETS, OPEN TICKETS BY PRIORITY, OPEN TICKETS BY STATUS, NEW & OPEN TICKETS BY CATEGORY, NUMBER OF TICKETS ASSIGNED PER AGENT, TECHNICIAN LEADER-BOARD

TICKETS SUB MENU ITEMS

- New & Open tickets (Grid showing all new and Open tickets. Must be able to filter using multiple filter criteria)

- Resolved Tickets (Grid showing resolved tickets for all users. Must be able to filter using multiple filter criteria)

- My New & Open Tickets (Grid showing my New & Open tickets ONLY. Must be able to filter using multiple filter criteria)

- My Resolved Tickets (Grid showing my resolved tickets. Must be able to filter using multiple filter criteria)

- New Ticket

ADMIN

- Users (Add/Edit/Delete Users)

- Customers (Add/Edit/Delete Customers) - This will connect to the Quickbooks Online API and fetch customers.

- Settings (Various settings for UI, light mode, Dark mode, upload logo, favicon, add/edit/delete Statuses, Add/Edit/Delete Ticket Sources)

- Invoices (This will get information from tickets and will be pushed to Quickbooks Online via its API. This will create invoices in Quickbooks via the API.) Once invoices are created the invoice numbers and some basic information needs to show on the ticketing system)

REPORTS

- Technician Report

- Customer Report

- Ticket Report

- Total Hours Report (Shows total hours worked, total hours billed, total hours not billed)

- Travel Report (Shows total number of kilometres travelled based on selection criteria i.e by technician, by client, date range)

I also need an Android app developed for the ticketing system. THis app will be installed on technician phones and allow them to see the tickets section. They will be able to see:

- New Ticket

They must be able to edit their own tickets and add "Work Done" and "Time Entrys" - Each Work Done will have a Time Entry.

I want the web app and android app to be modern and load fast. The features about are the basic requirements.
