BACKGROUND: Some people, especially travelers/businessmen and international students, often have the demand to check both the time and weather in different time zones at the same time. This information can usually be searched through different software, but to improve the efficiency of the query, this APP should show the time and weather for different location simultaneously on the phone's desktop(both on ios and Android). INPUT: First Function is enter the places you want to query which will show both weather and time for all selected cities. Another function: Time convert. This will show time in all selected clocks by specifying a city and the and a specifit time you want to know. OUTPUT： Real on time, Synchronized updated weather and time in required area and for the other function: time conversion(i.e I want to know Beijing time when London time is 11am.). SOFTWARE REQUIREMENT: accurate information, clean and nice interface
