Web Administration:
(Adding new phone numbers + Adding new users + Call recording + Adding phone numbers to users). One number can be connected to multiple users the one who accept the call the quickest, takes the phone call.
User App:
User logins with his login credentials that were created by the adminstrator.
User can see the phone numbers that are connected to his account. User should be able to call a phone number through the app. The user shoulb be able to receive calls through the app.
All this should be realized with the following provider:

Hints:
ACCEPT CALLS: You can use our push APIs (webhooks) to take calls, among other things. You will receive newCallEvents and optionally follow-up events on a URI you have specified yourself, which you can handle accordingly. At this point you can also use the Real Time Call manipulation or / rtcm of the REST API to receive active callIds and, for example, to forward the corresponding calls or to issue announcements.
CALL INITIATION: You can initiate new calls via the REST API endpoint / sessions / calls and influence them further via / rtcm, just like when accepting calls.
