Someone to guide us to develop a tracker bracelet connected with android studio

We need someone experienced to guide us to build a real-time tracking bracelet connected to Android application for our senior project. The job will last until finishing the project successfully.

- We are a group of computer science students.

- If it's possible we would like to conduct Zoom meetings to break down the tasks.

- We've done some research and found that most likely we'll need these materials

*The complimentary tracking bracelet will be build using Arduino microcontroller, SIM808 GSM and GPS Shield, battery, and SIM Card.

- We would like to finish this project in 2-3 weeks.

We worked with Android Studio before, but we don't have any experience with building a tracker.
