A form built in an app. the app collects details of the person that submits the form via permissions.
THE APP WILL REQUEST THE FOLLOWING PERMISSION FROM ANYONE USING IT FOR THE FIRST TIME
Permission Reason
Access to camera To record video
Record audio Pick audio in video
Flashlight In case of darkness
Access location To get reporter’s location
Phone information To get phone info
Write access To save video temporarily on phone before final upload
All info collected via permission will be submitted to database
If a report was not submitted successfully by a reporter, the next time the app is used, the reporter will be notified that he has a pending report…
THE APP WILL BE FOR ANDROID iOS & the web version will be UPLOAD VIDEO instead of RECORD VIDEO
Submissions are recorded in a spreadsheet
Separate spreadsheet for each item on the dropdown menu on represented on screens 2 & 3
Web version submissions are recorded into different spreadsheets from that of the Mobile Apps
Spreadsheets can either be google form spreadsheets or a custom spreadsheet
