1. App must not be able to shutdown or close by user.
2. Must start up on boot.
3. Must have settings area for admin to choose whether to disable this app or not....
4. To get into settings, admin must set a password to access this app.
5. Must have a backend (web) to view all devices, searchable, and able to connect to on-demand.
This app is comparable to Teamviewer for androids.
