Printing Arabic POS receipt with Flutter mobile app

the required is to write a Flutter code to be able to print Arabic POS receipt through thermal printer over the local network or Bluetooth.
the printer model is Marvel AF25080 and I have attached the receipt sample that is needed to be implemented.
my requirements:
1- the receipt shall have a logo printed first.
2- bold text centered for the title
3-table for the bill items in Arabic, like:

4- this code shall be able to call or print on network ( like [login to view URL]) or Bluetooth printer and compatible to IOS and Android.
