Hi, I have already developed similar application where Android app will show the status of a lock and will actuate a servo motor. Both lock and servo are connect to an Arduino board and arduino communicates with Android over bluetooth. This is similar to that task. We need to add more to show the graph and data logging. This can be completed in quick time. Thanks!

Hello, I'm a software developer with experience on distributed systems and mobile applications. I've been working on J2ME (nokia asha) and recently on android. I've been working on arduino compatible hardware. I've the following microcontroller hardware: - arduino uno - arduino nano - core - photon I've also several sensors among them I've the standard temperature and humidity sensor. I've wifi (esp8266 based) and bluettoth (2.0) receiver/transmiters compatibles with arduino. The following months I will receive the bluetooth and arduino based bluz microcontroller that enable the use of bluetooth and cloud based communication. About your project, according to your description you plan to use the android app to connect to the arduino temperature data logger and recover the data files produced in a day or several days (synchronization) and then the android app must be able to process such a data and display it as charts showing the maximum and minimum for each day. I consider that if you already have the arduino program working (data logger and bluetooth connection client) the android app will require: - bluetooth communications module to connect and transfer the files (12h) - module to process, sync and store the data from the received files (6h) - module to produce the data charts. (5h) - user interface to access to the chart for each day.(5h) It will took around 28 hours of work, I propose 7 days considering 4h by day. Please let me know if you have any questions.
