We can develop a web application which will generate an unique QR code which the device is required to scan before you hand over the phone to the client i.e. before any installation of any of the Google Services. Later you will be able to control the application automatically based on the web application response, for example if the user does not pay the EMI, you can trigger the lock from the system automatically. Which will be removed once he makes the payment. You can also add additional cost of unlocking as well, everything can be done in the automation. Get in touch to discuss more in detail and start with the work ASAP. Cost and timeline will be confirmed in chat after a complete understanding and documentation of the expectations in detail.

This needs to be built as a true Device Owner/DPC solution, not as a normal Android app with a background service. I’d use native Kotlin + DevicePolicyManager, Android Enterprise provisioning, FCM, signed REST commands, and a backend command/audit layer. Architecture: financed devices are enrolled during initial setup using QR or zero-touch provisioning where supported. The DPC registers the device, binds it to the finance account, persists policy state across reboot, and accepts only authenticated lock/unlock commands with nonce/idempotency validation. FCM triggers commands, while periodic sync reconciles offline devices and missed events. Factory reset removes local policy, so production rollout should include a controlled re-enrollment strategy rather than pretending that a standard DPC can survive reset. I want to be transparent: I do not have a public production EMI/device-financing DPC case study I can honestly cite. My closest mobile experience is FileChannels, involving cross-platform apps, role-based access, real-time events, and secure backend integrations. Estimated MVP: 6-8 weeks. Estimated fixed scope: $5,000-$7,500 depending on supported OEMs/provisioning path. Bug-fix warranty: 30 days after acceptance; ongoing support can be monthly.

Hello, I can develop the native Android EMI device-management app around official Android Enterprise capabilities—not rooting, exploits or security bypasses. I’ll design a secure device-enrolment flow, customer/loan/device association and clear Active, Pending, Restricted, Locked, Unlocked, Offline and Suspended states. The native Kotlin/Android SDK client will use DevicePolicyManager/Device Owner or DPC where appropriate, authenticated HTTPS/JSON APIs and FCM for authorized lock/restriction and restore commands. I’ll add replay protection, command authorization, audit events, offline handling, safe retry behavior and backend validation so device actions are controlled by verified payment status. I’ll document provisioning/enrolment, supported Android versions, API contracts and operational safeguards, and test lock/unlock, reconnects, rejected commands, state transitions and factory-reset/security edge cases on representative devices. With 9 years of experience across Android/mobile, Kotlin, REST APIs, backend integrations, security-conscious software and full-stack development, I can deliver a production-minded foundation. Which Android versions and managed-device enrolment method (QR, zero-touch or provisioned Device Owner) must be supported first? Regards, Jaimish | UzeeTech

Hi, I like this project because it’s a real Android device-management problem, not a standard mobile app. The important part is building the lock/unlock flow around Android Enterprise, Device Owner/DPC, DevicePolicyManager, and secure backend commands. I’d implement enrollment/provisioning, FCM command delivery, authenticated REST APIs, device/customer binding, status sync, reboot/offline recovery, audit logs, and controlled lock/restriction policies without root or security bypasses. I’ve worked with native Kotlin Android apps, FCM, REST APIs, background processing, and device-management workflows. A quick win is defining the enrollment and recovery flow first, especially factory reset and offline scenarios. Are the financed devices provisioned during initial setup, or must enrollment also support already-configured devices?

The key challenge here is building a production-safe native Android Device Owner/DPC solution—not a standard Android app—that reliably handles authorized device restrictions across reboot, offline periods, and Android versions. I can work with Java, Kotlin/Android concepts, Firebase FCM, REST APIs, authentication, databases, and backend integration. I’d implement secure device enrollment and customer/device binding, then use DevicePolicyManager with authenticated FCM commands for lock/restriction and restoration. The backend would enforce authorization and EMI status, while the app handles acknowledgements, status synchronization, audit logs, reboot/reconnection recovery, and tamper-resistant validation. I’d test critical flows on real Android devices and provide complete source code, provisioning/API documentation, and production build configuration. Timeline: 3–5 weeks | Budget: $700–900 | Warranty: 30 days. My Android/mobile, Java, API, authentication, database, and backend experience fits the integration requirements. I don’t claim prior production EMI-locking work without verified evidence; the main dependency is confirming the Device Owner/DPC enrollment model and target device fleet before development.

---From Vision to Victory-I Code Your Success--- Hello, How should the enrollment flow handle Device Owner provisioning and factory-reset re-enrollment while ensuring only authenticated backend commands can trigger lock or unlock actions across supported Android versions? Your solution needs a production-grade native Android DPC architecture, with secure device binding, EMI status synchronization, FCM commands, remote restriction, recovery after reboot/offline periods, audit logging, and REST API integration. First, use Device Owner/DPC with DevicePolicyManager for legitimate device restrictions and provisioning. Second, use FCM with server-side authorization and command acknowledgement for secure lock/unlock workflows. Third, maintain device state synchronization, offline recovery, reboot handling, and tamper-aware audit logging through the backend. I can also provide the required technical and provisioning documentation, real-device testing, and production build support. I’d be glad to discuss the enrollment model and Android versions you need to support. Best regards

Good day! Based on your requirements, I understand that this is specifically a native Android Device Owner/DPC project for financed-device management, not a standard Android application. I can work with Kotlin, Android SDK, FCM, REST APIs, HTTPS and backend integration. The architecture I would follow is: managed device enrollment/provisioning → Device Owner/DPC → securely authenticated device registration → FCM command delivery → DevicePolicyManager restriction/lock → backend acknowledgement/status sync. Reboot, offline periods, retries and reconnection would be handled through supported Android management mechanisms rather than an always-running background service. Q1: Do you already have an Android Enterprise/Device Owner provisioning method? Q2: Which Android versions and device manufacturers must be supported? Q3: Is the existing backend/API ready, or should I help define the REST API contract? To be transparent, I do not have a verified production EMI device-locking/MDM project to present, so I won’t invent examples or links. My background includes Android/mobile development, APIs, databases and software testing, and I can first validate the Device Owner/DPC approach against your exact devices. Timeline and fixed cost can be finalized after reviewing the provisioning requirements and backend. The budget and payment terms can be discussed and mutually finalized after reviewing the complete requirements and scope of work. Thank You!
