This requirement is for a Mobile Application which will be for commuters to book their travel within the city with different Transport Service Provider. Application should have feature to acquire other merchants than the transport operators. it should have the GPS services to locate the commuter and also get the Location specific information like Diff offers, Shop specific speciality, information of the area, in case of tourist place then information of the place in different languages, payment mechanism for different purchases, feedback, own story, read stories, offer a ride and many other possible services. this application will be having two type of the customers and application should have easy interface to onboard both types of customers. customer A will be a service providers and customer B will be consumer.
Application should be for both Android and Apple platform. it will be haveing backend processing setup and also have Web-interface which can be used other than the Mobile/iPad interface. application should be multi-tenant app and cloud compatible. on-boarding process will be self-sufficient process and both type of customer should do it without any difficult process & much of expert intervention. it should also consume different APIs of different application from different services provider. Primarily, application will start to offer Mobility as a Service (MaaS) and will on-board City bus, OLA, Ober, Rickshaw operators. Later it will be acquire merchants and then the other PHC, CSC service providers.
