Mobile APP integrated to MS Dynamics AX (ERP)

Projects consists on development of mobile application for tablets (preferred android) to do the following: - login employee - take orders from clients - add payments from clients - get account balance for a specific client This app is for employees that travel to client´s headquarters. The app should work even if no connection available and then push the changes when connection is available. There are 3.5 K products. Each employee should login and be able to see the clients assidned to him. Should have a great look and feel and a better user experience. The process on taking an order should be optimized to be fast and easy for employee. Average orders have 15 lines. Integration on MS Dynamics could be with web services. Solution should have a solid architecture with a loosely coupled integration. Security is a must ( through vpn or better solution) Expecting experienced developers with great communication skills and should provide a fixed price and time estimation to accomplish the project. Will give more details upon request. Integration layer could be developed in .net framework or other if preferred. App could be developed with phonegap, ionic or native.
