Install Android Emulator Bluestacks 4.0 on Windows server 2019 VPS with Hyper-V

We want a developer WHO HAS ALREADY INSTALLED Bluestacks 4.0 (multi session version) on a VPS server (virtualized machine that has hyper-v) if its possible to install on AWS this is an added plus! Please do not bid if you have not already done this before in the past. We are looking for a person who has done this, knows how to do it and will conclude the job in 1 hour and not someone who whats to research to learn how to do this task. Budget it U$100.00 Time Frame is 1 DAY MAXIMUM AFTER JOB IS AWARDED. Most Android emulators can't be installed on windows server because they don't accept being installed on a virtualized machine (hyper-v active conflicts). Preference is windows server 2019 or 2016 but if you haven't done it with these servers but have with another let us know to see if we can create a server with older version of windows server. Developer must accept immediately after he is awarded the project!!!!!
