Finish an app Android

I worked with someone who did 90% of the job, but did not finish the app on android. The app creates time sheets for contractors when they attend a job.
It's a simple app, it stores the pdf's on the phone. Here is a link to the iOS app, the android will need to look just like it.

The programer will need to add some code, I believe they were using CodeX.
Basically the app needs to be able to add passwords for the PDFs if the user wants to add them.
It needs to have an option to use the same password for all time sheets.
Lastly the user needs to have the choice to add their personal information to all of the time sheets
As well I will need the programmer to upload it to the app store.
I can offer 2 bonuses if the programer can make the PDFs look more professional as the original programer used a PDF format which doesn't look great. 1 bonus would be for the android version and one for the iOS verios.
