Create an app/database job management system

We are a heating and air conditioning installation and service company – looking to create an app/database job management system
Below is a brief description of what we are after; if you can create what we need. Contact me so we can discuss further
Needs to have the following
• Calendar (something as easy to use as google calendar, or like this as it is what we currently use and staff are used to it) which will allow us to book jobs in for different staff (there will be fields that I will give you for this)
• Database – so it can include all our clients on it (like GeOpp) yet tailer made to our needs
• Need to be able to use online and on iPhone/android
• Need to be able to have different log in types – i.e. admin who can alter change everything – install staff who can only get job details and add photos and notes – job details will be sent to staff automatically at 6.45am Mon to Fri – this will also have an or multiple attachment/s of a floor plan that needs to be sent also
• We need job sheets created that get added to the job – which the staff fill out while on site when the job has been completed
• Ability to add photos to the job and notes
• Job stages – so you can go in and check on jobs in different stages
• Want the ability to be able to do mail outs from the system – so if I enter a date and type of job done, we can send out an email to say their system is due for service
• Ability to print out an excel database at the end of the week of all jobs – ability to get different reports from the system – ie jobs not completed, jobs done by a certain crew. Jobs with a certain product in it etc.
• Ability to search a job by address or client name
• Ability to link with MYOB if possible (can live without this if not possible)
