Develop an android mobile app for Vehicle Rental Community. Users can rent vehicles from nearby car owners. Car owners can list and rent out their cars by hour, day, week and month. Set categories of vehicles in which owners can list their cars. Have a Login/Register page for users and owners. A main page for users to rent cars and for owners to manage/track their rentals/transactions. Take payment to PayPal account. An admin panel is to manage users, owners and approve/manage vehicles. A PRESENTABLE VERSION OF THE APP WITH MOST FUNCTIONS WORKING MUST BE FINISHED BY 10 DAYS FROM TODAY. ADDITIONAL TIME CAN BE PROVIDED FOR FINISHING THE WORK FULLY. ANY SHORTCUT APPROACH CAN BE TAKEN AS BUDGET SHOULD BE AS LOW AS POSSIBLE.
