Build a Security Protection mobile app that can connect and display protection status or alerts on behalf of other devices. -- 2

I am seeking a mobile app developer to build a Security Protection mobile app that can connect to smartphones for the logged in user via desktop and display protection status or alerts on behalf of other devices. The app should be compatible with Android operating systems and should have basic security features.

Description of what is been needed :

1) Full commented code as the app can explain a 15 year old kid what it is about once the .java code is provided.

2) Prior to develop, need figma diagrams to explain what project is about.

3) The user email address will have to be linked on an account, and the app could tell the user the status for things like a PC being protected has just been put at risk with a  virus, a change to a user’s backup status alerts for their Identity protection, etc. when the hub is designed.

4) it should be a hub where, PC Protection status, alerts, message will be there, and can be later created more advanced.

5) it should create a service where if i want the app to provide as a service to some other service,it can be done against it.

6) in adnroid app, there should be a logo and picture along with version information ( which can be updated with new code push)

7) should be used with docker / docker compose to test it locally in Intellij Android studio developer env.

8) if i want , it can be deployable to android play version too
