Build app on base excel doc.

We are using excel file to make a planning. We want to change it to IOS/Android app. There should be options:
- add employee (name, surname, adres, function, info, e-mail adres) and also option to change this
- remove employee
- send planing to employee
- send planning to specific group of people
- add/remove project information
- app should have global database and couple of account. (more than three people make a planning), also specyfic rols. Somebody add and delete new employee, other add new project so we need accounts.
