Hi there, we have recently purchased an established commercial tyre business specialising in 24hr on call fleet servicing of heavy vehicles and equipment. Our business carries out daily/weekly vehicle checks on customers fleet vehicles (Heavy Trucks predominantly). In wanting to update our process and give our customers more information and visibility of their fleets, to do so I am wanting to create an app based editable form that I can prepopulate with my customers fleet vehicles and my team can enter there checks using a traffic light type classification (Red - Requires work immediately, Orange - Will require work soon, Green - No action required) with drop down menus to enter comments as well as a standard menu of common issues eg: Tyre edge wear, Puncture, Sidewall damage etc.. I see the form would be best based around an diagram of truck wheel locations with the drop down menus along side each wheel location. I have produced a very basic paper based version as attached below. I then would like to have the capability to produce a report from the app and email to my customers, potentially also with the ability for my customers to authorise suggested work and return the form with any comments/order numbers or authority to proceed with work.
