Build an Android, iOS & Apple TV App for a sports streaming company

You will develop an app for 3 platforms that users can stream live & on demand sports content. Some content will be free, some will require payment to watch. Prices will be set depending on location of user and will require a distance calculation based on the user GPS location. App will allow video to be cast to TV's etc. Payments via in-app purchase. This obviously requires server to serve the video content. We will work together for this purpose.
