Build an android app with admin approval

5: Admin approval to change the price of an item
We are wholesale traders on every new purchase the products come with new barcodes and new prices, so we block new items in the warehouse until the old stocks are finished.
We want the app to have recurring reminders for the supervisor to check and visit the items in store on that specified reminder and input the current stock on the app whenever the item reaches 0 the items would be shifted from the block section to the in-stock section on the app dashboard.
There should have a history of those checking items with checking date and time so admin and user can look after the item to make sure work.
The purpose of the app is to maintain a record of how many items are blocked separately price-wise, barcode wise and in-stock-items wise and show at a glance on the dashboard.
Sometimes we need to change the price urgently so in the app the supervisor adds an item in the price change tab with the purchase price and old selling price and sends a request for the new sale price to the admin, then the admin put a new price to that item and sends to the superuser. Also, the supervisor has an option to suggest a sale price and send a request or approval to the admin.
