Build an Android app to send multi SMS to 200 unique numbers daily from DB

Hi, We need to build an android app which will send a unique SMS to 200 Unique numbers daily . The numbers will be fetched from local DB or from Google Contacts. The app should run automatically in the android phone without a manual trigger .

SMS will be sent in batches of 4 sets of 49 users each to prevent spam detection.

Hint :

1) For automatic triggering you would have to create a background service

2) You may have to create an alarm functionality which should not ring but send an sms

3) Database of numbers can be in Local DB or Google Contacts or Google Cloud.
