Port app to either native Android (Java) or PhoneGap version

I have a native iPad app called Bright Spark Maths Gold in the App Store - an app for 5-10 year-old children to practice their basic maths. I am now looking to port it to an Android tablet version, or possibly a PhoneGap/Cordova version that could be submitted to both the Play Store and Windows Phone store. The current iPad app is written Objective-C. So I am looking for quotes to either build a native Android (Java) version of the Bright Spark Maths Gold app or build a PhoneGap version. I can then decide which one I want thereafter. From there you can see exactly what functionality it has. I can provide the SQLite database with all the data required for the app so the database design is done and the content is already loaded so you would not need to allow time/effort for that. I will also provide the graphics for the app. They will need to resized for the Android or PhoneGap versions. You can choose to include the resizing graphics effort in your quote or not - just please make it clear. An NDA will need to be signed before proceeding and all source code developed would become my sole property once final payment has been made.
