I have an existing Android browser app (Kotlin, WebView) with source code and APK. I want to customize the existing app, not rebuild. Please keep all existing features and make only the following changes: Fix page loading issues when multiple tabs are open. Fix the session/logout problem so accounts do not log out too quickly. When a code is pasted, make it work across all open tabs as quickly as possible (preferably within 1 second), without breaking page loading. Remove all ID Refresh buttons. Make the Redeem button slightly smaller. Optimize the app's performance and response time as much as technically possible. Remove the "SRK Browser" title and add a small, clean custom logo. Replace the current tab system with a Chrome-like tab system, including easy tab switching and swiping. Do not change or remove any other existing features unnecessarily. If a VPN can genuinely improve the connection and stay stable, discuss before adding it. Please check the source code and APK first and confirm what changes are technically possible, the cost, and delivery time. Final delivery must include the modified APK and complete modified Android Studio source code

Since this is an existing Kotlin/WebView browser, I’d preserve the current feature set and first trace the tab lifecycle, CookieManager/session handling, and WebView loading behavior before changing UI or performance code. The two priorities would be clean implementation and user experience. I’d fix multi-tab loading by isolating WebView state correctly, persist authenticated sessions without premature logout, and propagate pasted codes to open tabs through controlled JavaScript injection/event handling. A sub-1-second update is realistic in many cases, but I’d confirm it against the actual pages before promising it. Chrome-like tabs can be handled with swipe navigation and efficient WebView reuse so memory stays controlled. I’d also remove ID Refresh controls, resize Redeem, replace the SRK Browser title with your logo, and profile startup/render/network bottlenecks. I would not add VPN routing unless testing shows a stable benefit. A relevant project is FileChannels, where I worked on a mobile app with real-time messaging, WebRTC, file handling, and synchronized state across active sessions. Estimated fixed cost: $450–$650 Estimated delivery: 5–7 days after source/APK review

Hi, I notice that the existing Android browser app has issues with page loading when multiple tabs are open, which is likely due to the way the WebView handles concurrent requests. I'd approach this by modifying the WebView settings to enable real-time sync and adjusting the thread pool size to improve performance. My first step would be to review the source code and identify the specific areas causing the bottlenecks. In my experience, a common mistake when customizing Android apps is not properly handling session management, which can lead to premature logout issues. I'd fix this by implementing a more robust session handling mechanism that can handle multiple tabs and user interactions. The client can expect a more stable and responsive app with the requested changes, including the removal of unnecessary features and optimization of performance, and I am ready to start immediately.

Hi, You want targeted fixes to an existing Kotlin WebView browser, not a rebuild — I understand that. The key is reviewing your source code and APK first, confirming what's technically possible, then making only the changes you listed without breaking anything else. My approach: 1. Review the source code and APK to confirm the current architecture and what's feasible. 2. Fix multi-tab page loading issues. 3. Fix session/logout timing so accounts stay logged in longer. 4. Make pasted codes work across all open tabs within ~1 second, without breaking loading. 5. Remove all ID Refresh buttons. 6. Make the Redeem button slightly smaller. 7. Optimize performance and response time. 8. Remove "SRK Browser" title; add a small, clean custom logo. 9. Replace the tab system with a Chrome-like one: easy switching and swiping. 10. Leave all other features untouched. Discuss VPN only if it genuinely helps. Deliverables: modified APK + complete Android Studio source code. A few questions: 1. Can you share the source code and APK so I can confirm what's possible before quoting final cost? 2. Do you have the new logo ready, or should I design a simple one? 3. Is the Chrome-like tab system meant to match Chrome visually, or just work similarly? After reviewing, I'll confirm exactly what's possible, the cost, and delivery time. Let's discuss in chat. Thank you!

Hello, I can help you customize and optimize your existing Kotlin Android WebView app without rebuilding it from scratch. I've reviewed your requirements and understand the need to preserve all current functionality while making targeted improvements. Here is how I plan to handle your updates: Stability & Session Fixes: Debug WebView memory handling to resolve loading lags with multiple tabs open, and adjust cookie/session persistence to prevent premature logouts. Fast Code Sync & UI Adjustments: Implement an efficient cross-tab event listener/broadcast mechanism for pasted codes to sync within your target timeframe, remove the ID refresh buttons, and resize the Redeem button. Branding & Tab Overhaul: Replace the "SRK Browser" title with your custom logo and refactor the interface to a responsive, Chrome-like tab system with smooth switching and swiping gestures. Performance & VPN Review: Optimize overall app responsiveness, evaluate connection stability before implementing any VPN solution, and thoroughly test the source code. Approach & Timeline: I will begin by inspecting your provided source code and APK to verify the technical feasibility of each change. Final delivery will include the updated Android Studio source code and the compiled APK. Let's discuss the specifics so we can get started right away. Looking forward to your response!

Hello, I’ll first inspect the existing Kotlin/WebView source code and APK to identify the current tab/session architecture, page-loading issues, code-paste flow, and performance bottlenecks before changing anything. I’ll then make only the requested modifications: stable multi-tab loading, longer session persistence, near-instant code syncing across tabs, removal of ID Refresh buttons, smaller Redeem button, performance optimization, custom logo/title replacement, and a Chrome-like swipeable tab system, while preserving all existing functionality. I’ll also evaluate whether a VPN would provide a genuine technical benefit before adding one. After testing the changes on the existing app, I’ll provide the modified APK + complete Android Studio source code. I can confirm the exact technical feasibility, cost, and delivery time after reviewing the source/APK rather than guessing upfront. Send the source ZIP and APK, and I’ll start with the technical review. Best regards, Yasir k

HI, Android developer with 2 plus years of experience in Kotlin, Android Studio, WebView, debugging, performance tuning, and API integration. Multiple WebView tabs can cause stalled loads and unstable sessions when state, cookies, or WebView instances are handled incorrectly. I would inspect the existing source and APK first, then stabilize tab lifecycle and session persistence, optimize cross tab code propagation, and implement Chrome style tab switching without removing existing features. The technical trade off is sharing the right session and state layers while keeping each WebView isolated enough to prevent one tab from blocking another. Is the current app using one WebView instance per tab, or reusing a shared WebView. Happy to discuss details in chat. Regards, Muhammad Arriyan

You need a controlled Kotlin/WebView update that fixes tab concurrency, session persistence, and cross-tab code delivery without stripping existing browser behaviour or introducing regressions. I have 9+ years of mobile and full-stack experience with Android-adjacent cross-platform apps, APIs, authentication, performance debugging, and real-time state handling. I would start by reviewing the Android Studio source and APK behaviour before promising an implementation path. The first audit would trace WebView lifecycle, cookie/session storage, tab ownership, page-loading threads, pasted-code event delivery, and any existing API calls. A Chrome-like tab experience should use one controlled state model per tab with predictable WebView lifecycle management, while shared code events can be dispatched through an app-level channel without blocking page rendering. I would remove only the requested refresh controls, adjust the Redeem control and branding, then profile memory, network, and UI responsiveness with multiple active tabs. VPN integration should not be added as a default “performance fix”; it can worsen latency and session stability unless the actual network path proves otherwise. Final delivery would include the modified APK, source code, change log, and test notes. I do not claim Kotlin-specific production experience not supported by my profile. Can you share the source repository, Android target versions, and a short screen recording of the multi-tab/session issues?

Hi, I am Muheebwa. I understand you want a set of targeted changes to an existing Kotlin WebView browser app without rebuilding it, covering page loading with multiple tabs open, the session expiry issue, paste working across all open tabs within about a second, removal of the ID Refresh buttons, a smaller Redeem button, performance tuning, removing the SRK Browser title and adding a clean custom logo, and replacing the current tab system with a Chrome style one with swipe switching, plus confirming what is technically possible after reviewing the source and APK. What usually matters most here is the session expiry, since that is almost always the WebView losing its cookie jar between tab instances rather than the site logging the user out, and fixing it at the cookie manager level solves the logout and the multi tab loading issue together. A common issue in multi tab WebView builds is that each tab gets its own WebView with a separate cookie store, so logins appear session based and paste actions only reach the active tab. My approach would be to review the code and APK first, confirm which changes are feasible, then share a single cookie jar across tabs, broadcast paste events to all open tabs through a shared bridge, apply the UI and performance changes, replace the tab bar with a Chrome style implementation, and deliver the modified APK and full Android Studio source. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Chrome-like tabs with swiping on top of WebView is the risky part: every tab is a separate WebView, and keeping many alive is exactly what causes the loading problems you describe. I'd suspend background tabs and share one cookie store for the logout issue. Pasting a code into all tabs within 1 second is feasible via JS injection. Which sites are the tabs mostly on? I haven't shipped Android browsers, but my closest work is Telegram bots on Node.js/TypeScript with REST integrations.

Hello, I’m Roberto, a France-based developer. I would first inspect your Kotlin source and APK, reproduce the loading/logout issues, and confirm the changes before modifying the existing app. One important point: your earlier browser project requested permanent incognito behavior. If this is the same app, should accounts stay logged in only while it is open, or also after restarting? That determines the correct session behavior. My proposed plan: • Day 1: Review the build, tab lifecycle, session handling and pasted-code flow. • Days 2–3: Address app-side loading/session faults, optimize code distribution across ready tabs, add Chrome-style switching/swiping, remove ID Refresh buttons, resize Redeem and replace the title with your logo. • Day 4: Regression testing and delivery of the modified APK, complete Android Studio source and build notes. I’ll measure code-distribution latency against your one-second target; website response times, device limits and server session expiry cannot be guaranteed by an app change. I’ll preserve unrelated features and discuss any VPN addition first. Please share the source, APK, target websites, typical tab count and logo. I’ll confirm the four-day target after inspection and flag any required scope changes before starting. Best regards, Roberto
