I want to turn Zendesk into our central internal helpdesk and need someone who has already been through the full life-cycle: discovery, configuration, launch and enablement. The system must seamlessly handle requests coming from Email as well as the tools we already rely on—Aircall for voice, SimPro for job management and Slack for day-to-day messaging—so experience with those integrations is essential. The core modules we will be using are ticket management, a public-facing knowledge base and the native analytics suite. You will guide me through best-practice field design, triggers, automations, views, user roles, single sign on and security settings, then help populate an initial knowledge base structure that our team can grow. Deliverables • Discovery report mapping current support flows • Fully configured Zendesk instance covering ticket management, knowledge base and analytics • Live integrations for Email, Aircall, SimPro and Slack, all tested end-to-end • Two short admin training sessions and one agent-focused session, each recorded and handed over with quick-reference PDFs • Hypercare support for the first fortnight after go-live Acceptance criteria: every inbound channel creates a ticket with the correct tags, assignee and SLA; agents see no errors while updating tickets; dashboards show real-time volume and first-response metrics; and at least three team members can locate answers in the new knowledge base without assistance.
