I’m expanding our iGrafx presence in Japan and need a Pre-Sales Consultant who can take ownership of the demo cycle for Process360 Live and our wider Process Intelligence platform. Your primary mission is to translate complex process-mining and BPMN capabilities into clear business value during live and remote demonstrations for large Japanese enterprises. Here’s what success looks like in this role: • You work closely with the regional account team to capture each prospect’s current-state processes and pain points, then configure a tailored demo environment that speaks their language. • You run smooth, technically sound sessions—whether on-site or via Zoom—highlighting dashboards, analytics and the end-to-end journey from discovery through continuous improvement. • You field deep technical questions on data integration, BPMN modeling, and Process360 Live architecture with confidence, while also keeping the narrative business-outcome focused. • After each presentation you document feedback and next steps that help our sales team advance the opportunity. Essential skills (all must-have): • Technical expertise with BPMN, process-mining concepts and related analytics tools • Strong presentation skills in Japanese and English • Natural customer engagement that builds credibility quickly If you’ve previously delivered enterprise software demos—particularly in the process-automation or analytics space—and can navigate both the boardroom and the server room, I’d like to hear how you can elevate our win rate in Japan.
