Instagram Reels Management

I’m looking for a high-level Social Media Manager to help scale my Instagram page through intentional content strategy, sharp video editing, and data-driven iteration. This is not a basic VA role. If your experience is limited to posting content or following instructions, this role is not for you. I want someone who understands why content works, not just how to upload it. ⸻ Core Responsibilities • Edit high-retention Instagram Reels (hook-first, fast-paced, scroll-stopping) • Independently generate and refine content ideas within my niche • Optimize hooks, structure, captions, and pacing for engagement and watch time • Manage uploads and posting cadence with consistency • Actively suggest improvements based on performance trends • Teach and explain why changes improve engagement and retention ⸻ Non-Negotiables • Demonstrated experience growing Instagram accounts (not just managing them) • Clear understanding of hooks, retention, storytelling, and relatability • Strong video editing skills for short-form content • Extreme attention to detail (timing, cuts, captions, pacing) • Proactive thinker — you identify problems and propose solutions • Comfortable challenging ideas and improving content quality ⸻ Strongly Preferred • Fitness, lifestyle, or personal brand experience • Familiarity with current IG trends, formats, and behavioral patterns • Ability to interpret performance data and adjust strategy accordingly ⸻ How to Apply (Read Carefully) Applications without the following will be ignored: 1. 2–3 Instagram accounts or Reels you’ve personally helped grow 2.
