I have finished the digital side of my board in KiCad and exported the full Gerber set. What I still need is the analog section turned back into a clear, editable KiCad schematic and then merged into my existing project so the whole design can move forward as one file set. You will start from the Gerber files that show only the analog portion. That portion contains resistors, capacitors, op-amps and a few discrete transistors—no inductors or transformers. Feel free to stick with KiCad’s default reference naming; I am not following a custom scheme. After the first pass I’ll send you the exact descriptive notes and call-outs I want on certain nodes and test points, so please leave room for that commentary. What I expect back: • A complete, logically laid-out KiCad schematic for the analog block, ready to annotate and ERC-clean • Updated project file where this schematic is linked to the existing digital one, with footprints already assigned or matched to the board where possible • Clean netlist and design-rules check without new errors I will review the draft, add my notes, and then we can lock down the final version for manufacturing. If you have questions while tracing the Gerbers, just ask; speed and accuracy are both important to me.

Hi, are you looking for someone to reconstruct your analog section from Gerber files into a clean, editable KiCad schematic and merge it with your existing digital design? I am an Electrical & PCB Design Engineer with five plus years experience in reverse engineering PCBs, analog circuit design, and KiCad project integration, and I can handle this accurately and efficiently. My approach is to analyze the Gerber layers (copper, silkscreen, pads) to trace all components resistors, capacitors, op-amps, and transistors and rebuild a logically structured schematic with correct connectivity. I will then link this schematic to your existing digital project, ensuring footprints are matched to the PCB and no inconsistencies occur. The final design will be ERC/DRC clean, with a clear net structure and space reserved for your annotations and test-point notes. I’ll keep communication active during reconstruction to ensure speed and precision before final lock-in.

I will expert-level reconstruct your analog Gerbers into a clean, editable KiCad schematic, ensuring a logical layout with ample space for your custom notes and test points. I specialize in merging analog and digital blocks into a single, unified project file while maintaining a 100% clean ERC and netlist sync for manufacturing readiness. My workflow focuses on precision tracing of op-amp and discrete transistor stages to ensure that the final footprint assignments match your existing board perfectly with zero design-rule errors. I am ready to start immediately to ensure both speed and accuracy for your final production run.

Hi there, I am an embedded system developer and I have prior experience in PCB designing, schematics and firmware development. I can reconstruct the schematic of analog section as per your gerber and can merge both analog and digital blocks in one project (that is your existing project). So from me you can get the analog schematic digram linked to your current existing project with footprints assigned as you want without any new ERC error.

Since we are focusing purely on the schematic side, my approach will be direct and efficient. I will meticulously trace your analog Gerbers to reconstruct a clean, logically organized KiCad schematic that maps every resistor, capacitor, and op-amp back to its electrical profile. By integrating this as a hierarchical sheet within your existing digital project, I’ll ensure the netlist is unified and passes a full ERC without any conflicts. I’ll leave plenty of "white space" for your specific test point call-outs and descriptive notes, delivering a professional, manufacturing-ready file set that functions as one cohesive design.

Hello, This is exactly the kind of reverse-engineering and KiCad integration work I’ve handled before. Rebuilding an analog schematic from Gerbers and merging it cleanly into an existing project requires both accuracy and logical structuring—something I focus on carefully. Starting from your analog Gerbers, I will reconstruct a **clear, well-organized KiCad schematic** including resistors, capacitors, op-amps, and discrete transistors, ensuring the circuit is logically grouped and easy to review. I’ll keep naming simple (KiCad defaults) and leave space for your later annotations and test point notes. Once the schematic is complete, I will **integrate it into your existing project**, linking it properly with the digital section. I’ll also match footprints to the PCB where possible to maintain alignment with your current layout. Before delivery, I’ll ensure the project is **ERC-clean, with a consistent netlist and no new errors**, so you can move forward confidently toward manufacturing. I understand both speed and precision are critical here, and I’m comfortable clarifying any uncertainties while tracing the Gerbers. Ready to get started as soon as you share the files. Best regards, Talha

Hello, I can recreate the analog section from your Gerber files into a clean, editable KiCad schematic and merge it into your existing project properly. I have experience with PCB/schematic work in KiCad, analog circuits, and tracing existing board data back into organized design files. Since your analog block consists of op-amps, resistors, capacitors, and discrete transistors, I can reconstruct it in a logical schematic form, keep it readable, and prepare it so you can later add your descriptive notes and node call-outs cleanly. I can provide: Complete KiCad schematic for the analog section Proper integration into your existing KiCad project Footprint assignment/matching where possible from the existing board data Clean netlist/ERC-oriented structure for the combined project I understand that speed and accuracy both matter here, and I will focus on making the recovered analog block not just functional, but also easy to maintain and review.

Hi, I’ve carefully reviewed your requirement to recreate the analog section from Gerber files into a clean, editable KiCad schematic and integrate it with your existing digital design. This is exactly the kind of reverse-engineering and schematic reconstruction work I specialize in. I have 3+ years of experience in PCB design and hardware development using KiCad, including working with mixed-signal designs (analog + digital). I’ve previously converted Gerber/PCB layouts back into schematics, ensuring logical structure, readability, and ERC-clean outputs. For your project, I will: Reconstruct the analog schematic (resistors, capacitors, op-amps, transistors) from Gerber files with high accuracy Maintain a clean, well-organized, and easy-to-annotate schematic layout Follow KiCad default reference naming as requested Ensure the schematic is ERC-clean and ready for further annotations Merge the analog schematic seamlessly into your existing digital project Leave proper space for your notes, call-outs, and test points I pay strong attention to detail, especially in analog circuits where signal integrity and correct connectivity are critical. You’ll receive a professional, production-ready schematic that aligns perfectly with your existing design flow. I’m happy to start immediately and can deliver the first draft quickly for your review. Let’s discuss your timeline and any specific preferences you may have. Best regards, Sanjeev
