Get files (any dta) from amazon aws instance lost data key

We have an amazon aws account. It has instance running. We want files and database available in the instance. We don't have data key.

You must know how to take backup from browser. Account examine via anydesk or teamviewer. Start your proposal which software you will prefer to examine aws account.
