I had to terminate an environment out of band and rebuild it. Rebuilt environment throws an error using NTLK. (Cannot find module 'punkt'). I dont think this is deployment problem because old deployment (which used to work OK for a long time) also throws this error. So I think it is an EB environment issue. (new environment must be different from old one in some critical way - I think).
