We are a call center based in Pakistan and Dubai and we are looking to set up a new account of AWS Connect. We are seeking someone with good experience in setting up new Amazon accounts to assist us with this project.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in setting up new Amazon connect service AWS
- Knowledge of AWS Connect
- Familiarity with call center operations
- Strong understanding of outbound campaigns and strategies
- Ability to plan and execute multiple outbound campaigns for various countries
Specific Requirements:
- Set up outbound campaigns for the following countries: Philip, France, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, UK, Israel
- Assist with planning our outbound campaign strategy
- Set up more than 10-20 outbound campaigns
