I am looking for an experienced developer to build a lightweight job workflow management platform focused initially on Amazon Canada Hiring. The platform should provide a simple Telegram-based or lightweight web interface where users can configure job preferences such as province, city, availability, warehouse type and shift type. The system should monitor supported job availability, match opportunities against user preferences, provide fast notifications, track application status, and assist users through supported application steps. Where an official or otherwise permitted integration supports automation, the developer may implement it. Any login, verification, CAPTCHA, assessment, identity-check, or other step that cannot appropriately be automated must be clearly handed back to the user for manual completion. Main requirements: user onboarding and preference management; Telegram bot or simple low-cost interface; job/shift monitoring and matching; notifications; application-status tracking; session/status monitoring where permitted; manual-action alerts when user input is required; lightweight admin dashboard; secure handling of user data; detailed activity/error logs; 24/7 server deployment; and full source-code/documentation handover. I do not need CV upload/document-extraction functionality for the initial version. I also want to avoid unnecessary expensive SaaS features. Please recommend the simplest reliable architecture. The first integration will be Amazon Canada Hiring. Before development begins, I expect the developer to review the workflow and clearly identify which features can be implemented reliably and in compliance with the target service’s permitted access methods. Budget: approximately CAD $4,000, preferably divided into milestone payments after working demonstrations. When bidding, please explain your experience with Telegram bots, browser/web integrations, multi-user systems, background workers, secure data handling, deployment, and how you would structure this project while respecting third-party platform requirements. Please do not send a generic proposal

Hi — Elias here from Miami. I understand you're looking to build a lightweight job workflow management platform that integrates with Telegram and potentially AWS. The goal is clear: streamline management tasks effectively. What usually matters most here is ensuring scalability and maintainability. A common issue in systems like this is managing complex workflows, especially with multiple integrations. The tricky part is aligning the features you need with the right permissions and state management to avoid bottlenecks down the line. My approach would involve structuring the system with a clear separation between the backend logic and the user interface, using Node.js for the server-side and Vue.js for a responsive front end. This will ensure a stable foundation that can grow as your needs evolve. I have experience with AWS and similar platforms, which allows me to design for reliability and future expansion. A few questions to better understand the scope: Q1 – What specific user roles and permissions do you envision for the platform? Q2 – Are there any particular workflows or automations you want to prioritize? Q3 – How do you see the integration with Telegram functioning in your use case? Happy to go through the details and suggest the best technical approach. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi, I've built background-worker automation before, including a business-development tool that runs queued AI workflows with SendGrid alerts and a Laravel plus Redis stack. One thing to decide early on Amazon Canada Hiring: how much of the application flow their permitted access actually allows. Login, CAPTCHA, and identity checks should stay manual with a Telegram alert to the user, while monitoring and preference matching run in background workers. I'd want to review the real workflow first and mark what's reliable versus what must be handed back. For the Telegram bot, notifications, and status tracking I'd use a lightweight Laravel service with Redis-backed queues and simple logging, no expensive SaaS. I've delivered API and Twilio-based messaging work with strong reviews. We can start with a first milestone for the workflow review and bot skeleton, so you only release on a working demo. Which province and warehouse types matter most for the first version? Adil

Hi there, your need for a lightweight job workflow management platform focused on Amazon Canada Hiring is clear. I have significant experience with Telegram bots, having implemented multi-user systems that effectively manage user preferences and real-time job tracking. For this project, I propose a web-based interface integrated with a Telegram bot for notifications and job monitoring, ensuring a secure and efficient user experience while managing data compliance with third-party integrations. I'll structure the application with a focus on lightweight architecture, utilizing background workers to monitor job availability and notify users of matching opportunities. I will maintain detailed logs for user activity and errors to make debugging straightforward. I'm keen to discuss which automation features can be reliably implemented for the integration with Amazon Canada Hiring. Regards, Ali

Hi, Polling dynamic job boards too aggressively triggers rate limits or IP bans before you even parse a shift, so I route all monitoring through resilient proxy rotation and exponential backoff polling intervals. For the Amazon Canada Hiring workflow, we must strictly delineate automated background polling from manual handoffs for CAPTCHAs and security checks. I build high-throughput Telegram bots using Node.js and grammY coupled with Python workers handling the core request logic and session state in PostgreSQL. My plan is to first map the exact network boundaries for the target site, implement the Telegram webhook interface for preference collection, and wire up instant push alerts that hand off interactive steps cleanly. For $3693, delivery in 1 day covers the complete multi-user backend, encrypted credential vault, Telegram onboarding flow, and full source-code handover ready for 24/7 server deployment. Shall we start by reviewing the target site's current access methods to confirm the exact automation boundary?

I can build this as a focused, compliance-first workflow platform rather than an unnecessarily expensive SaaS product. I would begin with a technical review of Amazon Canada Hiring’s permitted access methods, separating reliable automation from steps requiring user action, such as verification, CAPTCHA, assessments, or identity checks. The first version can use a Telegram bot for onboarding and preference management, with optional lightweight web administration. The architecture would include a multi-user data layer, secure credential/session handling where permitted, background workers for job monitoring and matching, Telegram notifications, application-status tracking, manual-action alerts, structured activity/error logs, and a cost-conscious 24/7 deployment. I would design clear boundaries around third-party access so the system remains maintainable and compliant rather than depending on fragile workarounds. Delivery can be organized into demonstrations: workflow validation and architecture, Telegram onboarding plus matching, monitoring/notifications and status tracking, then deployment, documentation, testing, and full source handover. I will also ensure failures, retries, user isolation, and administrative visibility are handled properly from the start. I understand that CV upload and document extraction are intentionally excluded from the initial scope, allowing the first release to stay lightweight and practical. I’m ready to turn the workflow into a clear milesto

Hi, I looked at your requirements and the real challenge is building a fast multi-user workflow without depending on fragile or unauthorized automation against Amazon. I’d start by reviewing the permitted access methods and mapping exactly what can be automated versus what must return control to the user. The platform can use Telegram for onboarding and alerts, a lightweight web admin, background workers for monitoring and matching, secure preference storage, status tracking and detailed activity logs. I’d keep the architecture simple with Node.js/Python, PostgreSQL and AWS, with reliable workers, error handling and 24/7 deployment. The result will be maintainable, cost-conscious and ready for future integrations. Fernando
