I already have a complete, reviewed schematic for a “Hat”-style board built around the 260-pin MYC-LD25X SoM. What I now need is the full PCB implementation—component placement, high-speed routing, and all deliverables required for manufacturing—in Altium Designer. Project scope • Work from my schematic and libraries (I will supply the Altium project) to create a compact 4-layer board that fits within the maximum outline I will share. • Handle every high-speed interface with controlled-impedance routing: dual Gigabit Ethernet (RTL8211F-CG, RGMII), USB 3.0 Type-C with STUSB1600 + FUSB340, USB2514B USB 2.0 hub, LVDS dual-channel display, MIPI-DSI, and two-lane CSI. • Respect audio best practices around the ES8388 codec—clean analog return paths, proper separation from noisy digital domains, and low-impedance headphone traces. • Include correct length-matching, differential pair tuning, and reference-plane continuity for all critical nets. • Design for EMI/EMC compliance: solid ground strategy, stitching vias, and filter placement on high-energy lines. • Finalise power circuitry (5 V input, TVS, polyfuse, 3.3 V LDO rails) with appropriate copper weight and thermal relief. Deliverables 1. Altium PCB project file with finished placement and routing. 2. Fabrication outputs (Gerbers, ODB++, drill, solder-paste, impedance-profile notes). 3. Assembly outputs (pick-and-place, BOM with designators, PDF assembly drawings). 4. Simple design report summarising stack-up, impedance targets, length-match tables, and any DFM notes. Acceptance • Clears all Altium DRCs set to IPC Class 2. • Differential pairs and critical single-ended nets stay within ±5 mil of length targets I will provide. • Return-path integrity and reference-plane continuity verified. • Gerbers load error-free on a standard online viewer.
